Shipping & Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days of delivery.

We provide partial refunds only in certain situations, such as when the item is returned in a damaged condition or missing parts not due to our error. Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are not.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within a certain amount of days and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.

We only replace defective or damaged items, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
